Returns

We have a 14 day return policy which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to send it back to us. You must also request your return no longer than 14 days after receiving your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Request a return
Please send an email along with your order name, order number & reason to [email protected] - we'll get back to you with information on how & where to send your package. Keep hold of the order invoice that's originally sent in your parcel - you'll need it for returns.

Detailed Information
We offer returns for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). We currently do not offer exchanges.

We will process your return as soon as we have received the product and checked that it is in the same condition as when it was originally sent out. Returned items must be unworn & unused. We will let you know via email whether your return has been accepted and keep you up to date with the process. Customers take full responsibility for any products sent back to us and must cover the cost of postage for returns. Return postage is non-refundable along with the original order postage. Refunds take 5-10 working days to appear back to your original payment method. 

Faulty Items/Order Issues
We check the condition of all products before shipping but if you believe your item is faulty when you receive it or you have any order issues, please contact us.

Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing your order, we accept cancellations for a full refund up to 24 hours after the initial purchase. After 24 hours cancellations cannot be processed.
